The Chair of Ceramic Materials participated in this year’s “Shaping” conference in Padua from September 21–23. In addition to Prof. Dr.-Ing. Schafföner and Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Motz, two doctoral students from the chair also attended the conference. There, they were able to present their research findings from recent years.

A particular focus of the conference was additive manufacturing. Other important topics included geopolymers, sol-gel, and gel casting.
